Nuxia 's Hamburger (with lentils) Vegetarian

I wrote these burgers for those who are vegetarians, or intolerant to eggs who may not want to give a really delicious dish!
For 4 maxi Nuxia's Hamburger:
2 cans of "Cirio Lentils"* or 500g canned lentils, drained and ready
1/2 red onion
6 to 8 tablespoons of potato starch
some chopped fresh parsley
2 pinches of nutmeg
Extra virgin olive q.b.
