Ingredients:
1 kg of asparagus,
mayonnaise
1 orangecream garlic
salt
pepperClean the asparagus stalks and wash very well. Then make the sauce: In a bowl put the equivalent of one cup of mayonnaise, add orange juice, just enough to get a smooth sauce, not too runny.
