Asparagus with orange sauce

Asparagus with orange sauce

1 kg of asparagus, 

1 orangecream garlic
pepperClean the asparagus stalks and wash very well. Then make the sauce: In a bowl put the equivalent of one cup of mayonnaise, add orange juice, just enough to get a smooth sauce, not too runny. Put salt, pepper, grated rind, 1/2 clove of crushed garlic. Cook the asparagus to steam for 1/4 of an hour and serve with the sauce separately.
