The banana cream ice cake with chocolate ganache

This week we continue our culinary journey with the beautiful West Indies. Today we will know this tasty ice cream, or better, this ice cream cake accompanied by a tasty sauce of cream and chocolate. A sweet and unique scenic, obtained with minimal effort!

390 g of sweetened condensed milk
4 large bananas, not too ripe
1 tablespoon rum
little cream
200 g dark chocolate or extra bitter

Cut the bananas into pieces, put in a frullatore.Aggiungere a tablespoon of rum
  and concentrated milk. Mixing all, to obtain a cream.
Coat a loaf pan with cling film. Pour the mixture in and put in the freezer for 3 hours.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with a little cream of milk. Awarded a cream-bodied let cool. Remove the cake ice cream from the freezer and turn it upside down on a serving platter. Remove the plastic wrap. Wait a few minutes before cutting into slices. In individual plates to insert the chocolate ganache, warm. Then lay 1 or 2 slices of sweet. serve immediately.
