Back again this year our summer trip through the cuisines all over the world with many new recipes and places to visit. This week we travel with:
Soup Thai ( Thailand ) - ซุป ไทย

This soup is really a discovery of Thai flavors and aromas. And 'good hot, warm or cold. The original recipe requires the use of coconut milk, but even in this case, I replaced it with the cream, and the result was just great!
300 grams of chicken breast Amadori * or Fileni*
2 teaspoons (or see at the doses indicated on the package) vegetable broth granular
500 ml of 'water
1 small leek
200 ml of cream or coconut milk
The juice of one lemon
1 stalk lemon grass (you can replace with a few slices of lime or lemon organic)
3 cm ginger
In a saucepan, add water, vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Clean the ginger. Cut into rounds. Clean the carrots. Cut into slices carrots and leek. Cut into pieces the stalk of lemongrass. If you use the lime or lemon cut into slices. Diced chicken breast.
Place the vegetables in the broth and flavorings. Add the cream or coconut milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the diced chicken and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Turn off the heat. Allow to cool the soup. Serve.Recipe of 30/07/2013
