Travelling ..... in cuisines all over the world!
Thanks to the great success in recent months , continues again this travell trip through the cuisines all over the world with many new recipes and places to visit. This week we travel with:

1 natural yoghurt
2 small cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of mustard
In addition :
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
some fresh parsley ( optional)
Wash the eggplants. Peel and cut into large pieces . Cooking in a pressure cooker and with a little water by boiling for 5 minutes . Or if you do not have a pressure cooker , cook with a little water in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes , until the eggplants are soft .
Wash and chop the parsley and set aside.
Peel the garlic cloves and remove the inner core . Finely chop .
Put in a blender the eggplant , garlic, mustard, yogurt , salt and pepper. Blend all the ingredients .
Pour the cream into a small bowl and put in refrigerator to cool for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.
Finally go to the grill of the oven the bread cut into slices. Season with a little extra virgin olive oil. Serve caviar with toast and season with chopped parsley.
