Zaletti (Italy) (This recipe is from Anna)
ingredients:
450 g of corn flour end
150 g flour 00
200 grams of sugar
250 g of butter
3 egg yolks 1 whole egg
80 g of pine nuts
80 g of raisins
½ cup of milk
1 packet of yeast
1 pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients, remembering to wash the raisins and drain well packagedcookies shaped like a diamond. Bake in preheated oven 180 degrees for about 15 minutes to check the color should be golden.
